MASH HEALTHCARE is a temp, contract, travel, temp to hire and permanent placement agency dedicated to providing a high standard of nursing and technical care to the acutely and chronically ill. The purpose of MASH HEALTHCARE is to provide Healthcare Facilities with professional nurses and technicians whose capabilities are congruent to the facilities and ultimately the patient’s and his/her significant other’s needs.

MASH HEALTHCARE is dedicated to nursing, affiliated health care professions, and the patients they serve.

We endeavor to provide contracted health care professionals who through the use of professional practice standards and the guidelines of the institution include the patient and his/her significant other into the plan of care.

We believe that the patient and significant others should be recognized as an integrated whole. Patients and significant others should be assisted to understand their health needs and to assume responsibility for self care to the fullest possible extent.

MASH Healthcare started business in the Healthcare Community in 1989 in the North Texas market and in recent years have expanded to all states.

James Risher, the CEO and Founder of the company is in charge of all Client/Candidate development and account management with a hands on approach in all aspects of the day to day operation.
